Demand Generation Campaign Manager

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager who will plan and manage global demand generation campaigns for a successful gas/radiation detection company.

As the Campaign Manager, You will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all outbound lead generation campaigns using Eloqua marketing software. You will plan, develop, schedule, coordinate and measure demand generation campaigns that create responses and result in more qualified leads. Global marketing team support and data-driven analysis will guide you in your strategy as you build your campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign Development
· Manage lead generation programs including generating-qualifying-fulfilling-reporting and analysis of lead data and programs
· Manage all creative, content, scheduling for Eloqua marketing automation and nurture programs
· Produce pre-show traffic-generating email campaigns for all large tradeshows
· Develop reporting and analytics for all campaigns
· Manage lead-gen databases. Maximize data integrity through continuous cleaning of data
· Plan and produce planned, quarterly, effective Field Marketing Programs such as
a. Webinars
b. Seminars
c. Lunch-and-Learn sessions with Distributors
· Work closely with demand generation group, including bi-weekly meetings.

Demand Generation Campaign Management
Manage all aspects of the planning and implementation of cyclical, high volume, email campaigns targeting prospects.
Maintain a macro view of all campaigns touching customers to ensure that competing campaigns do not hit customers and that the same customers are not targeted too frequently.
Work with Eloqua technical manager to establish rigorous test/control protocols and metrics for each campaign
Maintain a centralized calendar of all campaigns and customer touches
· Create, Manage, and Reconcile the budget for:
o Demand generation campaigns
o Content development for demand generation
o Seminars and Events

Requirements - The ideal candidate will have:
Candidate must have direct marketing campaign management experience, with an emphasis on technical/analytical skills required to drive campaigns.
· Proficient with Marketo, Eloqua or similar marketing automation software applications.
Exposure to and able to work with HTML, CSS & Javascript.
· BA in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent combination of experience.
· 3-5+ years relevant experience in marketing automation and lead-gen management.
Experience developing and implementing best practice guidance for email and web marketing campaigns.

Specific responsibilities include

Skills:

Lead Generation Specialist
Located in Mountain View, CA
CPP's is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to execute telephone follow up and qualification of leads and prospects for the US Sales Team via outbound calling efforts. This position is responsible for the initial qualification of inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns, web activity, events, certification programs, etc. The Lead Generation Specialist will determine appropriate next steps for these leads, such as sending to Marketing for nurturing, forwarding to Regional Sales Teams or continuing to work the lead.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
• Qualify and process inbound leads according to established business rules
• Forward qualified leads to the correct sales person based on region and criteria. Direct Sales will continue the sales interaction with the objective of advancing the buyer through the sales process and ultimately generating a sale
• Update contact information for all existing accounts with the latest information captured during lead qualification process
• Identify, initiate and nurture relationships both over the phone and via email
• Provide reports as needed to show lead generation and/or qualification metrics
• Track and organize leads to ensure timely follow-up by region for achieving the desired results
• Perform sales database and record keeping activities
• Keep current on product features, advantages, benefits, and selling points for effective communication and needs diagnosis during qualification process
• Support continued process improvement of the lead management system and actively participate in developing lead follow up plans for key campaigns
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years inside sales experience and/or experience with cold calling and lead generation or sales qualifying experience
• High level of comfort with in-bound as well as out-bound phone sales
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills; excellent listener, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding time management skills; self-managed and self- motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a multi-channel, team-selling environment
• Desire to be part of a team environment, where interaction with inside sales professionals and marketing personnel is necessary to achieve sales goals
• Demonstrated expertise with CRM technology; Salesforce.com experience preferred
• The ability to accept and handle objections appropriately
• Willingness to master deep CPP product knowledge
