Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a part time (10 â€" 15 hours per week) Customer Presenter/Business Demonstration Manager to work onsite at our client Cisco´s offices in San Jose, CA. We are looking for an experienced customer presenter/business demonstration manager who is comfortable talking via video conference with global executives about technology solutions.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Experienced customer presenter capable of running the presentation comfortably by themselves through video conference on the San Jose-side, connecting remotely to customers in other countries such as Europe, Asia and South America.
* Each customer presentation runs 45 â€" 90 minutes in length and the candidate will be required to be available for presentations as early as 5:00 am PT and as late as 10:00 pm PT. “Blackout Hours†can be negotiated, e.g. no presentations between the hours of 11 pm and 5 am; no 9:00 pm meetings on Wednesday, etc.
* Provide supplemental help to an existing team of presenters who are challenged to keep up with global requests for solution demonstrations.
* Learn and deliver custom presentations targeting vertical industries to global customers over video conference.
* 20 â€" 40 hours of time allocated at the beginning of the assignment to learn and practice delivery of all required presentations. No content development required.
Skills:
* MUST HAVE solid, polished presentation skills, including the ability to articulate and deliver complex points in a concise fashion.
* Requires comfort presenting to big groups and executive level customers, including interaction and engagement with the customer or partners to stimulate/hold two-way discussions at an executive level and potentially with technical IT staff.
* Previous experience with Cisco solutions or other B2B technology company is highly preferred. Deeper knowledge of Cisco technologies a BIG plus.
* Must be comfortable with technology, particularly collaboration and video technologies like IP telephony, WebEx and video conferencing.
* As questions arise that the presenter may not be able to answer, the candidate will need to be comfortable responding to questions they don’t know the answer to and following up with appropriate Cisco personnel to ensure the customer question is answered.
* Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and/or Spanish a plus.
* Sales experience a plus.
* Must have business fluency/understanding.
Rate: $650 - $850 per week as a w2 employee of Crawford Group
Location: Onsite per schedule at Cisco facility in San Jose. No phone calls, please.
