The Channel Marketing Manager has leadership responsibility for marketing programs, channel marketing programs, strategies and tactics designed to generate demand and achieve revenue and growth goals for Imation's new Mobile Security unit, based in the Bay area. This key marketing and demand generation lead will manage a cross-functional team to execute the marketing strategy through consistently creative, impactful and high quality execution of all elements of the lead generation mix including advertising, channel marketing and promotions, web marketing, etc. As a key member of the Global Marketing team, this position reports to the Mobile Security Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage Channel Marketing and education programs, MDF programs and strategies.
• Manage the Channel Partner Portal, and ensure strong content and sales tools are provided to the channels.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Product Marketing to set measurable objectives for marketing and demand generation activities focused on the suite of mobile security products and services
• Define the demand generation objectives and calendar of priorities for all activities including product launches and campaigns
• Plan and execute strategic and repeatable closed loop demand generation campaigns addressing needs for customer data collection
• Partner with the digital marketing team to execute robust closed loop demand generation campaigns including needs for customer data collection and nurturing
• Develop annual plan for loyalty and direct marketing campaigns that span the suite of products and services
• Partner with the Product Marketing team to guide and embrace messaging strategy and lead translation into marketing tools including web site content and collateral
• Partner with the sales team to plan and execute channel promotions and communications
• Approx. 20-30% travel

Qualifications:

• 7+ years marketing management experience, preferable in the IT security industry
• Experience planning and executing demand generation campaigns in a B2B industry
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM software tools
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams inclusive of sales,
• Global experience preferred but not required
• Experience with channel marketing
• Bachelor's degree
