Roamware, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager. We are the global leader in voice and data roaming solutions and a leading provider of mobile financial services. Our products are deployed in over 480 mobile operator networks and available to over 3 billion mobile users across 154 countries.
We are a privately held company headquartered in Cupertino, CA (USA), with key regional offices in Amman, Brussels, Bangalore, Dublin, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, Mumbai, New Delhi, and Singapore.
Manager Human Resources
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for heading up the HR operational support to the employees who are based outside India.
Job Description:
• Responsibilities include development of human resources processes, recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR legal compliance.
• Responsible for ensuring all the consultant contracts and employee agreements are updated and maintained at central location.
• Provide professional consultation and support to employees on a variety of issues, including employment, career management and performance management.
• Provide basic analysis of trend data and standards to the management.
• Coordinate any other initiative taken by the company as whole and communicate the same to the global team, as required.
• Co-ordinate other activities like employee separation, performance improvement process, transfers, etc.
Job Requirements
• Knowledge of global HR policies.
• Requires a highly motivated, positive individual who is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of Human Resources law and regulations, employee relations.
• Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent
• 5+ years prior experience, preferably in a high-tech environment
• PHR certification preferred
