We are looking for a superstar who has that unique combination of creative juice and analytical firepower to drive our rapidly growing company and service to the next level online. YesVideo is the world's largest consumer media conversion company, and our growth over the past 14 years has been primarily through our partnerships with 34,000 retail outlets including some of the biggest names in the business. We are now rapidly growing our direct online consumer channel, and we have some exciting new photo and video online services in the pipeline.
The Manager of Online Marketing will take a lead role in driving our transition to an online consumer business and growing our online business and brand. S/he will have a significant impact on where we take our company longer-term, our brand, and how we acquire and communicate with our customers. We have a great team of people working in a start-up environment, and we have huge aspirations for where we want to go.
Primary Responsibilities
• Help establish our brand, tone and online marketing strategy.
• Create and manage online and email campaigns.
• Write great copy for marketing material, articles, blog posts and web content.
• Produce online promotional and demo videos.
• Help build our social media presence and channels (facebook, twitter, youtube, etc.)
• Improve and optimize our website and SEO.
• Establish campaign metrics, analyze ROI and improve.
• Interact with external agencies (consultants, design agencies, web firms, etc.).
• Have fun.
What we are looking for
• BS/BA degree. MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, including online marketing.
• Start-up experience or attitude; self-starter with ability to do whatever needs to be done.
• Top notch written and communication skills.
• Good sense of aesthetic design.
• Obsessed with understanding people and why they do what they do.
• Passion for photography a definite plus.
