Job Description
The BA will play a key role in the project management and analysis required to create and enhance the processes, policies, and sales tools which will support these new or modified capabilities. Standard SDLC should be followed.
General Responsibilities:
• Understands business requirements
• Create Business Requirement Document
o Documents and analyzes required information and data.
o Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
• Reviews and understands technical design specifications.
• Reviews and understands QA test plans
• Develops accurate and complete Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) plans.
• Conducts BAT testing according to plan.
• Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.
• Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
• Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.
• Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.
• Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
• Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.
Required skills/qualifications:
Minimum 5 years project management/business analysts experience (prefer 8+ years)
• Minimum 8-10+ years of related work experience required.
• BA/BS degree
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills to audiences of all levels
• Ability to formulate implementation options and help achieve win-win solutions for internal stakeholders, Customers and Partners
• Ability to identify and analyze complex program, process and tool requirements
• Works independently with minimal supervision required
