The Role: Demand Generation Manager (Full-Time 30 Hours Per Week)

We are currently searching for a talented and experienced Demand Generation Manager.
The Demand Generation Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing to develop and manage a variety of campaigns that focus on their newest markets. This will involve producing global webcasts, podcasts, virtual and in-person conference events, industry trade shows and database building to support marketing and sales efforts. The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for achieving key marketing metrics of performance and may include some travel (up to 10%).
Your Required Skills & Qualifications:
You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
You possess five or more years of experience in demand generation and online marketing in a b2b environment
You have established experience developing and executing a sustainable demand and lead generation process, conversion programs and integrated marketing campaigns providing measurable growth in specific solution areas
You have the ability to analyze market dynamics, target buyers and domain expertise as input to defining messaging and developing a demand generation strategy to achieve objectives
You can create and drive an integrated lead generation program that delivers on pipeline goals and cross-sell/upsell opportunities for the specified market
You have a team player mentality and can work closely with sales team and internal and external contacts to facilitate and improve the campaign performance
You have experience managing demand generation tools, SMEs for content development, resources and agencies for campaigns and programs, and reporting on results
You have experience with CRM and marketing automation software
Experience with Pay Per Click, e.g. Google Adwords, is a plus
You have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
You are a strong interpersonal communicator with the ability to influence others without formal authority
