As part of Crimson's Interactive Services, Consultant needed to define the metrics and reporting around Social CRM. Our client (a large enterprise software company) is world-class at social CRM and wants to become even better at measuring the value and then training the internal team to measure the value going forward.
This project will include but will not be limited to:
• Define ROI model for social (customer) support
• Finalize ongoing reporting metrics for Social Support/Rich media and to setup all necessary initial reporting
• Transition/train the internal support BI team to pick it up from there to report on regular basis
MUST HAVE:
• Expertise in measuring the value of social CRM
• Ability to create and teach an ROI model
• Experience with a variety of measurement tools designed to track social CRM and/or rich media
STRONGLY PREFER:
• Experience training internal teams
• Understanding of business intelligence
Duration: 3 months (part to full-time)
Location: South Bay (Off-site flexibility)
