The Account Manager will have several years of prior B2B sales experience and will be tasked with developing new client opportunities as well as maintaining strong relations with our current customer base. The goal will be to build loyal relationships, working close with clients or potential clients to fully understand their business so in tern we can deliver the most appropriate talent.

» Conducting sales calls, both by phone and in-person as necessary to generate business opportunities.
» Ability to meet company sales expectations.
» Researching, identifying and cultivating companies that utilize outside staffing firms.
» Ability to successfully access multiple sources and aggressive lead generation techniques.
» Strong negotiation skills.
» Active involvement in local networking groups.
» Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute plans.
» Professional presentation and ability to interface with clients.
» Dedicated, hard working and a passion for success.
» Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
» Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

» Must have at least one year of b2b sales experience.
» Proven success in ability to close contracts and build effective customer relationships.
» Proven success in client/account prospecting.
» Ability to turn information gathering and client meetings into new sales opportunities.
» Computer savvy to track customer account activity.
» Ability to stay current on technical needs of your accounts.
