Account/Recruiting Manager
The Resultants provides Finance/Accounting and Human Resources services and software to companies in Silicon Valley. We are looking for an Account/Recruitment manager to further develop our contingency placement business in the areas of Accounting/Finance, G&A and technology.
You will drive sales for new placement opportunities for full-time and contract positions and utilize your expert recruiting talent to identify and recruit top talent for customers. Your ability to leverage your talent of wearing many hats to target key decision-makers, develop customer relationships and develop key recruiting relationships with high-end talent will be rewarded here. You will create strategies to penetrate new territories that will result in new opportunities for this little company with big ideas.
Key Responsibilities
•Generate leads appropriate to our target market base and develop client relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers in a variety of professional areas including finance & accounting, HR and technology
•Discipline with conducting outbound sales calls to initiate interest in and introduce our services
•On-going recruiting for future opportunities as well as open requirements
•Ability to multi-task and innovate creative ways to network for new clients and candidates
Qualifications
•Previous experience selling contingency recruitment/placement services
•Heavy recruitment experience for a variety of positions and professions
•Ability to identify the best talent and develop credible relationships with clients and candidates during the sales and recruitment process
•Proven success in identifying key talent and the offer process that results in successfully closing candidates
•Hard core selling skills with fearless cold calling techniques that reach key decision-makers
•Demonstrated track record of success against quota
•Excellent communication and relationship development skills
•Ability to successfully build relationships with hiring managers
•Strategic approach to selling, negotiating and closing complex transactions
•Self-starter and motivated to drive business in an unstructured environment
•Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
•Bachelor's degree preferred with a proven track record in successful sales and recruiting
•SalesForce experience is a plus
