Benefits Coordinator
In this role, you will be the first point of contact in Benefits for all U.S. employees. Responsibilities focus on the administration of health and welfare plans, employee services, service award program and coordination of Benefits special events. Includes tasks such as presenting benefits at new hire orientation, providing benefits-related customer service and responding to employee inquiries, working with payroll (ADP) to ensure employee deductions are correct, preparing monthly carrier billings and enrollments/changes, inputting benefits information into HR system (SAP), filing, coordinating and communicating miscellaneous employee events such as blood drives, wellness events, on-site vendor events. Interacts with benefit vendors on day to day administration, claims, enrollments and systems issues. Assists with Open Enrollment, including scheduling employee benefit information sessions, coordinating vendors for Benefits Fair, issuing open enrollment email notices, helping to audit enrollments and vendor interfaces. Ensures that benefits materials are current and assists with routine maintenance of benefits information on the Company's intranet.
 
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience and working knowledge of HIPAA. Experience working with SAP benefit modules is strongly desired.
