The Role: Account Executive
The Location: Dallas

As our company has achieved this elite accreditation, our Account Executive must act in accordance and offer premier sales and service to our clients.

What will I be doing?

The incumbent will be part of the sales team and be responsible for selling Aztec System's proprietary technology – BridgePoint360, an ERP agnostic bolt-on software solution. The Account Executive will identify and generate prospective customers through cold calling, e-mails and related campaigns. They will qualify and follow-up on sales leads, perform demonstrations (mostly via webinar) of software functionality, and close deals. The Account Executive is primarily a virtual role working telephonically. There is little travel involved.

Your required skills and qualifications:

You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
You have ten years of sales experience with at least seven years selling and demonstrating software product solutions
You have at least three years of telemarketing sales experience
You have an excellent phone demeanor and a likeable personality
You possess the ability to clearly articulate software and present through webinar to a virtual audience
Your colleagues have described you as an excellent listener with superb interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
You are comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and rejection
You are engaging and have the ability to build rapport with key decision makers and turn those relationships into successful product sales
You have an outstanding work ethic, excellent time-management skills and can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Experience in ISV Product Sales in the Microsoft Community is beneficial
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics products (GP, NAV, CRM, SL, SharePoint) is a plus
Experience and understanding of financial accounting based software looked upon favorably
Multiple years of experience as an inside sales representative for a software firm is a plus
