The Role: Researcher
The Location: Work From Home/Telecommute
HireBetter® is a national talent acquisition firm based in Austin that delivers the systems and expertise our clients need to confidently make great hiring decisions. We are currently searching for a talented part-time, contract Researcher to work from their home office. The Researcher will specialize in finding passive leads by performing various research techniques including complex Internet searches in order to deliver top talent to our clients.
The ideal independent consultant has proven and quantifiable experience in recruiting and identifying top talent through multiple channels and sourcing techniques. They are web savvy and stay on the cutting edge of recruiting technology and techniques. The Researcher is committed to sourcing the best and brightest candidates for our clients and delivering results.
Your Required Skills & Experience:
You have voracious research skills and specialize in finding passive leads using a multitude of online research techniques
You have a proven ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
You have a strong technical aptitude and are well versed in Boolean logic, AIRS techniques, etc.
You are obsessive about finding top talent and possess a relentless desire to seek out the best candidates with a laser like focus
You have a fully networked home office with high-speed internet access
