| In this position, the individual will be responsible for managing all secondary market research within SanDisk, analysis of market shares and Forecasts. Procure secondary research, evaluate proposals, create SOW, work with account managers, and manage user lists. Manage contacts with industry analysts and work with them on custom needs. Publish regular reports on market conditions, company market share, competitive environment and future trends with recommendations based on analysis. Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders for ad-hoc requests or follow-up questions. Maintain and make available all relevant market and competitive intelligence material on company intranet. Create a process and framework to share market and competitive information internally. This position requires a BS/BA degree in a quantitative field, plus 7 years of related experience. MBA preferred. The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people. A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
