Role: Inclusion and Diversity- Sales Programs Manager

Timeframe: June 5th- January 27th
Time Commitment- Full time
Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking an experienced sales/channel/field program manager to develop and execute inclusion & diversity related programs with the client's sales force and their customers.
In this role you will be responsible for:
 Developing and executing sales messaging and programs designed to enable the client's sales force to demonstrate how technology can enable an inclusive and collaborative environment in support of business goals
 Working closely with senior leadership and leadership councils to drive adoption and provide support
 Collecting market intelligence and integrating that data into their business plans and process
 Developing case studies and other sales materials (collateral, presentations, videos, etc)
 Partnering with technology solutions groups to advocate for architecture solutions
 Manage all aspects of chief diversity offer round tables and other diversity related events
 Collaborating with sales marcom to develop targeted messages for the sales force and customer base
Key qualifications
- 10+ years of program management experience in sales, channel or field marketing
- Proven track record of interacting and engaging senior leadership
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Inclusion and diversity experience is a plus
- First-class verbal and written communications skills
- Industry and business knowledge, plus a big dash of common sense
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Strong follow-through and prior success working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay good-humored in a demanding environment
- BS/BA required
