Role: Project Manager- Channel Partner Annual Survey
Client: High Tech Leader
Location: SF Bay Area, Required to be on site at the client
Timeframe: Mid June- Indefinite
Time Commitment- Full time
Compensation: Salary, Medical Benefits, PTO

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking an experienced project manager to support the client's annual channel partner survey across the various routes to market and geographies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Act as the central point of coordination for all things related to the client's annual channel partner survey.
 Clearly document, track and project manage all steps, deliverables and action items related to the annual survey.
 Clearly communicate project status and risks to client on a regular basis
 Work with external vendors to design and deliver partner surveys to the various routes to market worldwide including: updating survey questions content and/or structure based on feedback from business stakeholders while maintaining overall program health, efficiency and organizational acceptance
 Communicate effectively with business stakeholders worldwide in pre-survey delivery and post survey results. Communications to include process, benefits and timelines.
 In partnership with internal and external subject matter experts, conduct linkage analysis, identification of correlations and assessment of practical and statistical significance. Includes analysis of verbatim comments in partnership with external vendors.
 In partnership with the manager of the partner feedback program, recommend and conduct follow-up research and analysis supporting business imperatives and direction
 Provide correlative insights and trends based on past survey findings
 Ensure delivery of high quality, targeted reports of findings and opportunities.
 Support other partner feedback related projects as identified by the program manager.

Required Skill Sets:
 Superior, proven, project management skills. Certified project manager is a plus.
 8 - 10 years Channel experience
 Experience in survey design
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills.
 Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
 High energy with the capability to multi-task
 Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
 Self starter requiring limited supervision.
 Limited Travel may be required in this role
 BS/BA required
