Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology discipline or equivalent experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Leads SAP CRM module integrated design ef
Ensures the overall effectiveness of the SAP software systems and proactively evaluate, recommends and implements cost effective improvements.
Evaluates hardware and software technology against existing, and future needs.
Candidate must have minimum of 4-6 years experience in SAP CRM design and configuration
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge, as it relates to the SAP CRM module, of:
- Business functions and processes.
- Design and configuration products.
- Functionality of integrated software packages.
- Implementation tools and methodology.
- Applies mastery of skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to:
- Configuration and design.
- Business integration using software products.
- Should be able to debug and find areas/module to understand requirements for UI customization.
- Must have experience integrating with ECC Sales/Middleware/ CRM
- Excellent relationship and networking skills would be required to help build relationships within the team, across other IT teams and with Business groups
- Candidate Fosters a sense of urgency, with ability to identify and overcome obstacles. Balances the big picture with day-to-day activities/issues. Is persistent in the pursuit of results
- Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and apply technical alternatives.
- Candidates must have agility to respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment.
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to learn quickly and the ability to manage multiple assignments are required.

Clearly expresses oneself verbally and in writing. Listens carefully and solicits other opinions
Work Experience:
- 8-10 Years of SAP experience – 4-6 years with CRM experience/configuration experience including extensive business experience in multiple domains and proven systems analyst experience.
- SAP certifications may be required.
