We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who will work with marketing staff of partner companies to coordinate the creation of sales and marketing collateral. The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communication skills, have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and be equally comfortable working independently and in a team environment. This role supports sales and marketing projects in areas of internal and external event planning and communications. This candidate must have some experience managing and coordinating trade shows. This position could be 30-40 hours per week.


Duties and Responsibilities

•Work with marketing staff of partner companies to coordinate creation of sales and marketing collateral including white papers, case studies, press releases, product data sheets, promotional slicks, power points and product videos
•Coordinate and organize website updates and content
•Coordinate production of e-newsletters for two customer groups
•Help develop and execute company website strategies to support the sale of products
•Assist in the production of power point presentations as needed specifically for events
•Coordinate trade shows and customer events including logistics, vendor negotiations, research speech opportunities for employees at these events, ensure production of marketing material, shipping material, event/dinner planning, etc.
•Manage and maintain current marketing trade show asset inventory to ensure accuracy
•Develop integrated marketing and advertising promotions and campaigns
•Conduct research on industry trends and news to find new advertising methods
•Send advertising collateral and advertising promotional emails on a regular basis
•May perform other sales and marketing projects as needed


Qualifications

•At least 3-5 years proven experience in sales and marketing communication activities, trade show experience is a plus
•Excellent project management and organizational skills
•Strong business writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill data into powerful, accurate, customer-friendly messages
•Strong oral/written communication skills
•Knowledge and experience in creating and editing graphics and multimedia files
•Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
•Ability to think logically and pay close attention to detail
•High level of motivation and work ethic
•Willingness to embrace change and be flexible
•Highly proficient in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Working knowledge of email marketing programs, web conferencing and other e-communications tools a plus

Requirements

•This position involves up to 20% domestic travel to trade shows and company events
•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds

Desired Qualifications

•Bachelors degree, in related field, is preferred or equivalent work experience
•Experience with web marketing and social media
