We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco. Will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for a wide range of positions throughout the Bare Escentuals corporate office in downtown San Francisco, and some select field positions.
Requirements are:
-4-5 years of full life cycle corporate recruiting in a high volume environment, including sourcing for hard-to-fill positions, and negotiating complex offers.
-Experience recruiting for IT positions
-Experience recruiting for corporate positions like Marketing, Creative Services, Finance/Accounting, HR
-HR background a plus
-Retail company experience a plus
-Must have solid behavioral interviewing skills
-Must be able to perform in a dynamic, fast paced environment
-Must have strong communication and customer service skills in order to work well with a wide variety of internal and external people.
