Title: Marcom Client Service Manager
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3 mos (renewable per quarter)
We are looking for someone with Agency or Creative services background with the following skills:
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Client Service Manager
- Excellent Project Management and coordination skills
- Responsible for working with clients internally and outside about services and respond to queries.
- Handle quotes for finished products (PowerPoint, white papers, case studies) and work with clients.
- Help with "book keeping activities" tracking projects that have come in and following up with the clients.
- Must be very service oriented and customer focused
- Preferred background would be someone from a creative services or agency background
- Proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Be ready to show PowerPoint samples or portfolio
