McAfee's Consumer Business offers a broad range of products that cover the digital security needs of consumers. From PC security to identity protection to online safety for children McAfee has consumers covered. Additionally, products are sold on McAfee's website and through retailers around the world.

We are looking for an exceptional individual who has a keen appreciation for the importance of a company's relationship with its customers. This person will take the lead on marketing activities to our very large installed base of customers with the goal being high customer satisfaction and, therefore, customer loyalty.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a perspective on best practice lifecycle communications, including emails, toaster messages and other forms of communication.
Work with route to market leads to implement best practice frequency, content and vehicles for communication with various consumer segments.
Analyze customer relationship survey data to identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address issues. Monitor results and course correct if needed.
Define and execute a customer loyalty program. Monitor results and course correct if needed.
Scope requirements for a customer preference center.
Execute ad hoc projects as required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 10 years of Consumer marketing experience
Amazing communicator, especially in the area of written messaging to consumers
Experience with a broad range of digital marketing, such as email, landing pages, websites, and advertising, and a perspective on best practices for each of these
Long history of creativity in programs and communication, and ability to think outside of the box
Solid analytical skills and data driven
Project management skills
Ability to roll with the punches and deal with uncertainty
Great sense of humor
MBA from a top school
