Part-Time Technical Recruiter (Home-Based)

Your success in this position will be determined by your ability to recommend exceptionally qualified candidates. You will do this by making comprehensive and intuitive assessments based on information gathered during the interview process. You will be responsible for qualifying applicants and must be a copious note taker. You will need to understand the requirements of our clients and ensure that each candidate presented meets and/or exceeds those requirements.
Qualified candidates for our Technical Recruiter role will have:
At least 3+ years of recruiting experience with a track record of successful long-term placements
Strong sense of discernment to make accurate candidate recommendations
High level of comfort with a metrics-driven environment including heavy interaction with CRM/ATS Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, which includes a stellar ability to wordsmith with minimal punctuation or spelling errors
High-energy, self-motivation, time management, and dedication
Fully networked home office with high speed internet access and a quiet environment to conduct telephone interviews
