55207-Project Manager/Business Analyst

CIBER is searching for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to define process flows and manage the transition of tasks to the offshore support teams. Ideal candidate must have demonstrated experience performing analysis, requirements definition, and business process design, and demonstrated experience performing project management for development projects as well as initiatives that include multiple teams (e.g. client and vendor teams) that cross organizations. This should include program-management experience that encompasses business team tasks which requires the ability to understand and manage dependencies across client organizations and vendor teams. Ability to provide vendor management oversight is preferable.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Ability to perform client-facing consulting role.
Strong communication skills - written and verbal, ability to tailor communications to different levels of the client organization and for business versus IT stakeholders; ability to create presentations and facilitate meetings.
Demonstrated versatility/flexibility in consulting roles. This includes the ability and willingness to perform a variety of roles as needed for the success of a project, which can include project administration type tasks (updating reports, meeting planning), performing data analysis, testing, investigating technical issues, etc.
Detail oriented with ability to communicate details and summarize as needed based on the audience.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities change; ability to work on multiple concurrent initiatives.
