Title: Voip Network Engineer
Location: Albany NY
Duration: 6-12 Month
The resource we are seeking will have VoIP/network design and implementation experience including:
a. Analyzing and rationalizing network infrastructure from the backbone to the last mile
b. Converting from a traditional to a converged and centrally managed network
c. Implementing VoIP services with experience on both Cisco and Avaya platforms
d. Experience building VoIP-related business cases would be a plus
1) Call center server design and configuration experience
2) Experience analyzing and selecting VoIP end user devices and call management feature sets
