Talent Portfolio Leader
Aon Hewitt is seeking a results-oriented self-starter with proven people and project management skills to fill a new and exciting leadership role within our Talent Domain. Our Talent Domain is comprised of Compensation, Learning, and Performance Management Administration and is a rapidly growing part of our Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing (HR BPO) line of business.
The Portfolio Leader is responsible for delivering consistent, positive operational results of the ongoing global Talent operations teams and oversees delivery of services for 2-4 clients. In this role, you will be responsible for building trusting relationships and partnering with clients to deliver operational and technology solutions that align with the client's overall Talent strategy. As a Portfolio Leader, you will manage a team of 10+ colleagues and will oversee the development and growth of colleagues through leveraging tools and services from within the Talent Domain and those delivered across the broader HR BPO organization.
Other key areas of responsibility include:
Providing input on the Talent delivery model and best practices in Compensation, Learning Management, and Performance Management.
Working with client Service Delivery Executives and Client Managers (or Implementation Managers) to establish priorities and balance appropriate expectations for projects and client deliverables.
Ensures process documentation is current, accurate and fully supports expected levels of service delivery .
Enforces and supports meeting/exceeding contractual service level agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance/quality objectives.
Understands and analyzes impacts of changing priorities and balances people and technology resources appropriately.
Analyzes and implements global operating process improvements/efficiencies.
Executes to budget/goals and provides business leadership with strategies for planning/corrective actions.
Escalates, assesses, mitigates (when required) risks/opportunities, including contract compliance, performance/delivery, adherence to best practices, standardized procedures & documentation, and budget deviations.
Understands project management controls to ensure performance and delivery objectives are met.
Acts as vendor manager for associated third party vendors for domain.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field
5+ years of work experience in Compensation, Learning Management and/or Performance Management practices
2+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple projects.
3-5 years people management experience.
Demonstrated experience in partnering with clients or business leadership in the achievement of strategies to solve clients business challenges; leveraging multiple tools including technology.
Work Conditions:
Travel, 15-30%
Occasional evening/weekend work to meet deadlines
