Director Corporate Sales
The Director of Corporate Sales will be a key influencer in PowerReviews's future success. The Director will recruit, hire, train and coach a team of Corporate Account Executives to achieve individual, team and organizational quotas. The Director will be responsible for managing Account Executives day-to-day activity, assist in driving deals and closing business as well as monitor account activity to ensure quality and consistency. The Director will work closely with Marketing and Sales Executive Leadership, Operations, Finance and Engineering to ensure successful customer engagements, communicate competitor activity from the field and train Corporate Account Executives on new product and competitive messaging.
Responsibilities:
• Create metrics to reach Monthly Revenue Return goals
• Conduct weekly forecast meetings with team, monitor sales activity in SalesForce.com and work individually with Account Executives during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Provide support to Account Executives to close business; role-play, strategize, participate in sales calls and engage additional corporate resources to drive deals.
• Work closely with the Marketing team and Market Development Reps to ensure new market campaign opportunity is acted upon swiftly.
• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Executives on future Corporate sales and marketing strategic planning.
Experience/Skills Required:
• Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
• 7 - 10 years software sales experience
• 3+ years sales management experience preferably within a SaaS or high-volume transaction sales environment
• Solid understanding of the E-commerce space required- prefer Social Networking/Social Media experience
• Demonstrated success building and managing a multi-million dollar sales organization
• Successful completion of a Sales Methodology Training and the ability to train sales talent using similar methodology
• Ability to contribute and thrive in a small, fast paced environment
