We are Inventures, a leading alliance management company, providing technical leadership and management support services to companies that form alliances to develop technology standards. We have 30+ clients across 10 different industries.

Account managers are in place to understand and deliver upon client needs relative to technical leadership, project management, meeting administration, member recruiting, marketing and budget management.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Project Manager, your important and visible role will be to support Account Managers. Thus, you will be involved in varied and various projects/responsibilities, some of which include the following: conference call and meeting management/setup and logistics; preparing and/or reviewing various communications, including newsletter and website communications; and tracking web statistics and campaign results. You will also provide observations on trends, gaps and opportunities for presentation by AMs. You will review regular and various documents, providing commentary as appropriate. Proactively provide feedback and/or updates on activities, etc. You may also provide administrative oversight on product certifications, conformance testing, etc., working closely with the Certification product manager.


REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years project management experience within a technology related business
technical marketing, or similar
• Must be a team player, thrive and work well within a collaborative, team environment
• Possess business and financial acumen, to include basic accounting knowledge
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications, including editing ability
• Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer background in all of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel,
Word and Outlook)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently with
limited direction
• Bachelors Degree required
