We currently have an opening in our Talent and Rewards Consulting practice supporting Hewitt's Compensation Partnerships and Analytical Solutions (Compas) solution within the Broad Based Compensation practice. The Compas solution provides ongoing compensation co-sourcing to our clients including annual compensation cycle support and market data management technology. In this role you will work as part of a team to implement new clients on MarketLink, our market analysis technology, and to define supporting compensation processes. Your primary responsibilities will include executing project plans, identifying issues and mitigating risks in implementation and ongoing data management support activities such as:

Client requirements gathering and documentation
Client specific MarketLink set up and configuration
Client data analysis and alignment to MarketLink data loading approach
Establishing, documenting and trouble shooting ongoing client data feeds
Creating client deliverables requiring analysis and integration of data from multiple sources including MarketLink
Creating and providing client report deliverables
Serving as an internal MarketLink technology subject matter expert

You will have regular contact with clients, delivering client implementation and ongoing work that is mostly leveraged to you. You are expected to be billable 70 %- 80% of the time.

You will apply content knowledge and technical skills in the above areas in working with clients, assisting with less complex client proposals, testing new functionality of MarketLink, and developing processes for the completion of client deliverables
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in Compensation or a Rewards content area and/or experienced HR systems professional with exposure to management of systems in support of compensation programs
Demonstrated proficiency of MSExcel and/or MSAccess skills
Strong data management and analysis skills, process orientation and attention to detail are essential.
Proficient in using Compensation Management software for survey management, market pricing, and competitive analysis.
Exposure to HRIS applications and/or the management of company data within such systems
Familiarity with compensation survey data
Experience executing project plans
Knowledgeable about day-to-day operations of the Compensation function and how compensation programs and information integrates with other areas of HR and the organization
Strong communication skills with proficiency in drafting business correspondence, reports and presentations
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business or equivalent experience
