Looking for highly motivated Lead Development Representative to qualify in-bound leads for S.F. based SaaS company. Must thrive on being part of "hunt group" working in concert with marketing, inside sales and account executives.
Our client provides online training solutions that help employers manage their most important legal compliance challenges. We are looking to build a San Francisco-based team of lead qualification professionals that thrive as an integrated, pre-sales "hunt group" working in concert with marketing, marketing operations, inside sales, and account executives to accelerate the velocity of in-bound leads into and through the sales funnel. In this position, an emphasis is placed on team integration, real-time communication, rapid iteration of call scripts and qualification approach / questions and a high degree of closed-loop feedback with marketing and sales management.
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Marketo, Eloqua, SilverPop, or other marketing automation platform is required
• Should be fluent in the language of demand generation, lead management / nurturing, sales operations, and solution-based selling
• BA/BS with 3+ years´ experience in sales development, lead qualification, or inside sales within small company and/or start-up technology-based business
• Assertive, self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
• Ability to function in a high-call volume environment with proven ability to qualify prospects and advance sales opportunities
