We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant Manager for a role with a global high tech company (with a Data Protection Software solution). This is a 40 hour per week, 1 year contract assignment, onsite project at the client's offices in the South Bay, CA or in Research Park, North Carolina. This is a w2 role with Stage 4 Solutions.
The Marketing and Sales Assistant Manager will provide sales deal assistance to sales reps and also support marketing efforts to augment sales. This is an ideal role for someone looking to enter a marketing team at a great company. Previous experience from sales ops, inside sales, or field marketing would be a great asset.
Responsibilities:
• Answering sales and channel partner questions, helping with sales quotes, and ensuring sales has all the right marketing collateral
• Development of sales call scripts
• Building internal awareness of the offering.
• Supporting in the design and execution of marketing programs/selling strategies that could be leveraged to drive awareness/demand generation.
Requirements
• 1 to 2 years field marketing, sales, or sales operation experience, from a B2B high tech company
• Knowledge of Backup and Recovery/Data Protection software solutions.
• Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, sales and partners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task between many responsibilities/tasks.
• Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience.
