POSITION – ACCOUNTS ANALYST
DURATION – 6 MONTHS +
LOCATION – SAN JOSE, CA
Job Description:
• Create and maintain structured account definitions of Client's top customers.
o Maintain account definitions through the Hierarchy Management Tool and excel workbooks.
o Follow established process for workbook audits, stakeholder engagement, and account data manipulation.
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and case resolution for all Structured Account -related requests and issues
• Engage and maintain relationships with wide variety of stakeholders.
• Support Global Account Claims
o Provide assistance to cover the Global Accounts Program crediting claims. This role would involve case management and manual crediting work.
Desired Skill Set:
• Familiarity with tools, systems, and databases. Familiarity with customer account definitions, especially with Customer Registry, is a plus. Familiarity with overlay sales crediting is also a plus.
• Ability to take the initiative and act independently after receiving initial training and direction.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a busy work environment, manage deliverables to pre-defined service level agreements, and provide status updates to manager.
• Ability to understand the big picture, while paying attention to task details and quality of the work.
• Ability to do basic data analysis and manipulation in Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with business stakeholders, both in writing and in conversation.
