Duties & Resp.
- A key player in determining the future look-and-feel for Samsung service user experiences. We are looking for a visionary designer who is ready to break new ground in the field of Web-based user interface and application design.
- Successfully direct and own large application experiences on Mobile devices, TV, Web, etc.
- Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual presentations and design solutions
- Communicate design strategy and rationale to key stakeholders
- Work with user researchers to design and observe field/usability studies
Necessary Skills /
Attributes
- Previous experience with Web and application design. Knowledge of Web 2.0 standards and usability.
- Formal education in graphic design, digital design, or related field preferred
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across projects.
- Icon and glyph creation expertise. Experience creating visually stunning interactive user experiences for digital media.
- Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems and to convey these designs in the form of comps and design specifications.
- Strong comfort level and flexibility for the user-centered iterative design process. Well-versed in fundamental visual and interactive design disciplines and principles.
