The NPW will be responsible for designing, implementing and training the
customer on how to administer the office@hand product.
• Bachelor's degree in C.S. or a combination of education and relevant
experience
• Proven experience in technology space, previous cloud or voice technology
experience is a plus
• Experience with VoIP, SIP, or telecom is a plus
• Experience with networking: routing, configurations, provisioning, layer 2
and layer 3 devices, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network
connectivity problems in multi-platform
• Ability to explore and make recommendations to customers for planning
specifications, equipment configuration, and connectivity as it relates to
RingCentral VoIP service
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced
environment
• Excellent customer service orientation, face-to-face and on the phone to
support remote users
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
• Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
