administration which requires adept knowledge of Business Objects, SQL,
exceptional EXCEL profificency.
Highly proficient in EXCEL and Microsoft Office suites (min 3 years
experience). Visio experience for process documentation and process
engineering is required.
Requires experience in working with large reports/data items and will
require segmenting out portions to concise smaller reports. Accurate concise
and compacting of info is a MUST.
SQL Knowledge/experience is necessary to utilize Business Objects (need
solid foundation) so evaluate Candidates experience level before submission.
Business Objects - one of the main focuses of this assignment Candidates
need min. of 3 years actual hands on experience.
PPM Tool "Clarity (NIKU)" is desired experience and a plus if submitted
candidate has this experience
Powerpoint experiece needed for imorting reports - Highly desired
EXCELLENT communcation skills (oral and written). This assignment will
interface with many levels within the organization and will from time to
time need to communicate report data.
Must be able to accurately compact info to a readable document that is
concise.
Flexibility is required. There may be times where critical deliverables are
required so although rare candidate must be aware of this expectations and
its importance to the assignment and team.
This assignment/candidate will interface on a day to day basis with other
teams and own team members. Must be able to professionally engage all levels
of the organization as required and actively interface with all teams
required. This is not a stand alone assignment.
This process analysis is woven into the overall job of creating reports and
associated processes of communications. There will be opportunities to
combine/consolidated reports and the communications associated.
Candidate should have the necessary critical thinking/analysis skills for
processes around these deliverables. A working understanding of VISIO is
desired so that process documentation can be proficiently accomplished.
Must be able to identify and resolve issues/problems quickly.
