Title : Test Engineer

Position Description:
· Candidates will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering.
· Candidate should have conceptual knowledge in system level testing including debugging, collecting and analyzing call processing data logs.
· Candidate should have strong independent problem-solving skills.
Specific/Knowledge/Skills:
· 5+ Years Experience
· Windows/PC knowledgeable
· Knowledge of Wireless, Data, and Telecommunication Networks
· Working knowledge of test management tools
· Communicate Effectively; Both Written & Orally
· Multi-tasking and adapts quickly to changing roles and responsibilities in a dynamic and fast paced development environment
· Good team skills, likes sharing ideas and collaborating with others to achieve a goal
· Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP) and OSI model
· 2way communication system experience beneficial
· RF transmission and signaling knowledge would be beneficial
Job responsibilities not limited to, but will include:
· Execution of manual test scripts in a System environment
· Install and configure software on Two-Way Radio Communication Systems in a Test Lab environment
· Program and utilize radio units under test to validate the system infrastructure.
· Manage test case execution and time tracking in a test management tool
· Find, debug, and characterize defects
