CAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verilog front-end - Netlist checking and optimization - Physical design - Test insertion - GUI - Build / regression/release infrastructure
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - M.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent - 5+ years C++ - 5+ years TCL and Perl (preferrably in a CAD tool environment) - 3+ years in a technical leadership role - Knowledge of Verilog design - Experience designing/implementing algorithms for netlist analysis/optimization, and physical design - Knowldege of RTL compiler, simulator, and formal verification algorithms and design - Experience with GUI toolkits (Qt preferred) - Experience in implementing software build (make), regression, and release processes. - Experience with cross-platform development is a plus (Linux and Windows) - Web design/implementation is a plus (Ruby on Rails). - Independent worker - Excellent communicator
