Role: Channel Program Portfolio Analyst

Position Overview:
Bergerson Group is seeking a full time channel program portfolio analyst to provide the services listed below. This is a W2 opportunity at Bergerson Group.
Job Description:
 Portfolio Manager and Subject Matter Expert on Americas program portfolio.
 Identify and understand usage, metrics and trends for the entire Americas program portfolio.
 Develop, Launch and execute on a single portfolio strategy and package for the Americas.
 Understand and present to program stakeholders the program portfolios impact on bookings, discounts, technology and partner profitability.
 Responsible for providing stakeholders with the relevant information they need to make business decisions and evaluate program effectiveness as it relates to their specific areas.
 Responsible for identifying areas of enhancements to accelerate program growth and effectiveness, resulting in increasing channel capacity.
 Responsible for proactively evaluating current processes and systems, driving changes to ensure efficiency and productivity and increasing program value add (BAT/UAT involvement, enhancement requests).
 Collaborate with BDMs and PMs for programs managed within the Portfolio.
 Align with WW and Finance to collaborate on Portfolio improvements.
 Assess World Wide program changes for theatre impact .
Skills/Experience Required:
 Presentation and demonstration – Communicating information and ideas through a range of mediums to various audiences in a way that demonstrates subject-matter knowledge and facilitates comprehension.
 Decision Making – Assesses data and information to make timely, effective decisions, which consider both long and short-term business needs.
 General knowledge and understanding of Channel Programs.
 Good understanding of Channel sales, partner and end customer environments.
 Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills and using these as a tool to educate and influence others as well as drive program objectives.
 Aptitude for understanding and improving processes, systems and reporting such that it results in higher productivity and delivery with limited resources.
 Ability to influence at all levels of the channels organization and within cross-functional teams.
 Personal: Self-motivated, responsible, results oriented, pro-active and flexible individual who can work independently in a fast paced changing environment. Individual needs to be an excellent team player with excellent people skills.
 Education: BA/BS degree and 2-5+ years of work experience.
