Intersect ENT, Inc. (www.intersectent.com) is a fast growing, well-funded, early stage medical device company seeking enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and talented people to continue building a great company. Our mission is to provide physicians the ability to solve multiple clinical challenges with targeted solutions by combining medical and mechanical therapy. Our initial product in development is a dissolvable drug-eluting implant that props open the sinus cavity and allows for localized delivery of steroid directly to the sinus mucosa for patients with chronic sinusitis, a condition that affects one out of seven adults in the U.S. For patients, this may mean less invasive treatment options, improved outcomes, and reduced need for systemic drugs which can lead to serious side effects.

We're looking for a friendly, thoughtful, and experienced Executive Assistant to join our rapidly growing company. The Executive Assistant's main areas of responsibility are to provide direct administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, and day-to-day office administration. The right candidate will play an integral part in the future expansion of our company and will enjoy working with our close-knit team. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will enjoy working with a variety of people, be able to work independently, multi-task, communicate well at all levels and be very organized, maintain a high degree of confidentiality, and must have a proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1.Deliver dedicated executive assistant support to CEO and other senior team members as assigned. This includes: calendar management, meeting planning, travel planning, preparing and processing expense reports, creating and managing correspondence, preparing documents and presentations.
2.General day-to-day office administration, including: facilities management, manage procurement of office supplies, computer equipment, office furniture, etc., and work with IT consultants on basic office support needs (phone, data, network).
3.Meeting planning, including: Board of Directors' meetings, employee gatherings and celebrations, communication/announcement meetings, etc.
4.Provide Sales and Marketing support as needed.
5.Ad-hoc project work such as would be expected in a growing, dynamic company.

Requirements:
•High school diploma or higher level of education.
•A minimum of 8 years working in a broad administrative level capacity, with at least 4 years supporting senior executives.
•Highly developed PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
•Results-oriented style delivering outstanding quality and timeliness, while working independently with little supervision and able to work effectively on a variety of projects simultaneously.
•Outstanding interpersonal skills, polished approach, work effectively on a team, and maintain composure in stressful situations.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- able to communicate directly, concisely and/or diplomatically as required, knowing how, when, and what to communicate.
•Desire to make a real difference in a small company, and to have some fun along the way.
