Title: Finance Project Manager
Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
Duration: 6-months, w/ possibility of converting to perm.

Description:
*Project Manager with strong business skills.
*Must have Finance background.
*Project manager with prior corporate securities/stock experience.
*Do not need to have specific law knowledge. Company has a law firm who will focus on the law.
*Must be able to demonstrate experience running aspects of projects in parallel, as well as sequential.
*Looking for contractor who is open to converting to perm after about 6 months.
