Title: Program Manager

We have a mid level Program Manager position who will serve as a liaison with engineers, management/sales and client management.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Program Management.
- 3- 5 year Customer Service or Sales or Project Management experience required
- 4-yr college degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Strong organization and management skills. Ability to balance conflicting priorities in a highly technical environment.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade others to take action and follow through to ensure the action is taken.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong relationships with management, technical staff, cross-functional teams, and customers in a diverse and cross cultural work environment.
- Excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prepare and give presentations to large or small groups. Attention to detail - record keeping and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings among people of different cultures and technical background, must be able to focus the meeting participants to reach the objectives of the meeting and obtain active participation from all meeting attendees.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to technical people. Relevant experience in network management or network operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively function and work within a multi-cultural environment.
- Willingness to work with customers and clients in different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills
