Digital Marketing Account Manager

Design Reactor seeks a Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead campaign development and delivery in the high tech, consumer, and entertainment industries. Design Reactor is at the forefront of digital media. We are looking for aDigital Marketing professional with extensive experience in project management, team collaboration and client services. Supported by an experienced design team with a world-class portfolio of work, this individual will successfully develop and manage relationships with top tier clients around all aspects of their digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development of digital marketing campaigns in support of client business goals
• Write Business Requirement Documents that outline client objectives, overall strategy,design requirements, functional requirements, timeline to launch, project milestones, delivery execution and success metrics
• Serve as primary relationship with clients at the executive level
• Leverage understanding of graphic design, visual communications and production to facilitate effective communications between client and internal teams
• Lead internal team of designers, engineers and quality assurance leads in the completion of the project, on time and on budget
• Manage profit and loss analysis of client projects
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams when challenges arise; must have a solution-oriented mind set
• Recognize opportunity for complimentary services to be offered to clients; generate incremental revenues where possible
• Review project/campaign performance against success metrics and lead program refinement discussions as necessary

Requirements
• 5+ years solid project management experience; agency experience preferred
• Must multi-task; you will be managing multiple client projects simultaneously; each client must receive optimal level of customer service
• Must have a track record of having developed and executed marketing campaigns leveraging multiple platforms to achieve business goals
• College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications or other related field or equivalent experience
• Must be passionate about learning new technologies (e.g. digital media signage, social media, mobile) and creating new marketing models to recommend to clients as part of an integrated campaign
• Strong quantitative skills, especially in campaign analysis and online analytics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, think logically and lead the internal team professionally in response to quick deadlines from the client
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• The ability to assume personal ownership and accountability is essential

You will be working with executive level, Fortune 500 clients. Your communication skills, listening skills and professional maturity are extremely important.
