NEPA/SHPO/FCC Regulatory Support
Project Description:

This position will be filled through then end of the year to support
Regulatory Compliance. The chosen candidate will order, collect and review
documentation including: order and review NEPA (National Environmental
Protection Act) reports, obtain SHPO (State Historic Preservation Office)
reports, local and review FAA and FCC documents. Candidates must have
familiarity with Wireless Telecom industry, FCC requirements for completing
SHPO/NEPA, FAA/FCC AT&T filings.
Job Description:

Contractor will review hard copy files to locate environmental and NEPA/SHPO
reports, FAA and FCC documents and review for completeness and accuracy.
Qualified candidates will be able to quickly look through file folders and
pick out the NEPA/SHPO documentation. Contractor will provide Regulatory
Compliance support to the existing Regulatory Compliance manager. HM is NOT
looking for ASTM (American Society for Testing Material) environmental
professional. HM is looking for a NEPA/SHPO professional. FAA filing
experience is a plus.
The job does not require face-to-face contact with the AT&T Customer on the
Customer Premises.
