Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Field Sales Enablement Manager to develop and execute a field enablement strategy for our clients' Digital Media Systems BU products (Digital Signage, Show and Share, ECDS). The Field Sales Enablement Manager will partner cross functionally with corporate marketing managers, DMS Sales and the WW Channels Manager to determine the field enablement program approach, objectives, strategies, messaging/content, activities, and tools to help further the priorities of the business.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Design and implement a prioritized field enablement program for the Digital Media Systems Business Unit. Target audiences include the DMS Sales team, WW DMS Channels, and other prioritized Cisco sales communities. Elements include: 1) review of current field enablement plans/programs, processes and collateral – recommend changes as necessary, 2) identify new content/activity/tool needs and work with ETG CMO marketing managers to create, 3) work with other Cisco field enablement teams for cross-promotion and insertion as relevant
* Work to ensure relevant content finds target audiences (versus target audiences having to find the content) through appropriate communication vehicles
* Develop/aggregate and communicate a DMS internal and partner activities calendar
* Work with ETG CMO marketing managers to ensure relevant and current content is on internal DMSBU website. Provide recommendations regarding website design/navigation
* Help shape/provide input regarding marketing messaging and identify content/tools needed to help relevant Cisco Sales Communities drive the DMS business. Collaborate with CMO marketing managers to create needed materials/content

Skills:

* 10 – 15 years of B to B marketing experience in the high tech sector; must include experience with video products/solutions
* Prior Cisco experience required
* Field sales marketing experience required
* Development of successful sales enablement programs (strategy through execution), including content
* Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
* Collaborative, creative, innovative, analytical thinker, crisp communicator
* Solid project management skills; strong business acumen
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment
* Solid proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint
* Writing samples required
* BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, general Business or similar

Core competencies:

* Strong collaborator who understands how and where to engage stakeholders in the development of a field enablement program
* Demonstrated ability to assess business goals and recommend sales value chain (internal Cisco sales teams and partners) enablement objectives, strategies and tactics to build/execute actionable plans
* Ability to rigorously prioritize/recommend programs and activities that will yield the highest business impact
* Proven ability to develop sales enablement materials; gather input from cross functional teams, develop compelling content and drive review cycles
* Strong understanding of how to enable both "line of business" and "IT" customer-focused sales teams and channel partners
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with and influence cross-functional colleagues and stakeholders
* Ability to identify risk issues affecting work progress and to recommend solutions

Rate: $2,600 per week, as a w2 employee of Crawford Group

Location: Primarily onsite at client offices in San Jose, some offsite flexibility. No phone calls please

Hours/duration: 40 hours per week, ASAP – ongoing
