Events and Communications Specialist (Temp- Full Time) - Adobe, Bay Area
Position Summary
Adobe is seeking an Events and Communications Specialist to manage and support sales enablement activities, including programs, events and communications for Adobe´s field teams - sales, channel, and technical field. The successful candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is agile in an environment of ever-changing priorities, and can build working relationships cross-functionally. He or she will, over time, suggest improvements and new ways to effectively enable the field, ensuring they have the tools and information required to drive business results.
Responsibilities
• Support newsletter, sales tool development, intranet content, etc.
• Coordinate online training events, and live events as needed
• Copywriting/copyediting support for internal and external communications and assets
Requirements
• Strong project/program management skills (organization, attention to detail, follow through)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing online and live events
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to remain agile with evolving team priorities
• Strong decision making ability and good judgment
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency with PowerPoint
• Education and experience equivalent to a four-year college degree
• At least three years related work experience
Desired
• Experience with multiple communication and engagement channels including social media, portals, intranet, etc.
• Working knowledge of Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat
• Graphic design knowledge a plus
• HTML and other web communications a plus
• Prior Adobe work experience a plus
