WhiteHat Security is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work at our corporate headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.
Responsibilities:
Develop and communicate clear value proposition statements for WhiteHat products
Develop, create and author product overviews, FAQs, cheat sheets, rebuttals, call scripts, etc., for sales team.
Develop, create and author customer-facing sales tools including sales presentations, product demonstrations, datasheets, customer case studies, white papers, blogs etc.
Develop overall marketing strategy and execution plan to capture mindshare
Support demand creation and customer loyalty programs with Webinars, tech-talks, customer advisory councils etc.
Conduct competitive analysis and ongoing market tracking activities in order to develop appropriate sales-enablement tools.
Research and understand industry-specific business challenges, develop and manage segment-specific messaging, and educate sales team on how best to position WhiteHat features and benefits.
Support the Marketing Communications and Field Marketing teams in developing content for various marketing programs, campaigns and events.
Participate actively in the field sales process, giving product presentations and demonstrations to customers, helping RFP responses, win/loss analysis, etc.
Own the go-to-market and launch plan and communication plan for major releases
Articulate a concise and consistent value proposition for each of WhiteHat Security service offerings
Develop and own the pricing strategy
Education:
BA/BS Degree - MS (preferred)
MBA (Preferred)
Skills:
4-5+ years experience in Product Marketing or Marketing Communication
Enterprise software experience required; fast-paced start-ups and e-commerce experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to present to senior executives and customers
Experience working closely with and supporting a direct field sales team, including the development of sales tools such as sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Proven success working with customers to secure and develop strong references for marketing.
Proven self-starter with a track record of working independently.
Must also enjoy collaborating across a wide swath of stake holders including Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Sales, Business Development/Channel Marketing
Creative with an upbeat, great attitude.
