Title: Social Media Marketing Manager Social Programs
Duration: 12+ months
Location: San Jose, CA

This position resides in the Social Business Group within the Corporate Social Media Marketing organization. The person in this role will be responsible for driving external- and internal-facing social media activation and recognition programs as well as for participating in various social media-related activities.

Responsibilities:
- Experience with developing customer-facing nurturing programs in social media.
- Define project scope and framework
- Work with cross-functional virtual teams to implement framework
- Manage and refine programs based on insights
- Design and create new social media programs and resources as needed

Required:
- Bachelor Degree with 7+ years of Project Management experience in marketing, communication or PR environment and at least 3 years in social media marketing both on the strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience supporting both B2B and B2C activities are highly desirable.
- Well versed in multiple social networking sites, and web monitoring and listening tools. Understands which sites are most appropriate based on audience and strategic goals.
- Experienced in utilizing social media management tools to simplify multiple social media accounts across a large user base including reporting and analytics.
Experience overseeing day-to-day management and execution of social media activities including measurement and analysis of such activities
- Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional organization and on a virtual team
- Experience with working with executives and third party vendors
- Ability to turn concepts into real products with little supervision
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time
- Experience in working with executive-level audiences
- Good understanding of social media concepts, strategies and tactics
- Experience with creating rewards, recognition, advocacy programs and employee activation programs, and community management is highly desired
- Experience with Radian6 and Sprinklr is preferred.
