Sr. Business Analyst – Finance Expertise
Role is at a large Bay Area networking firm
We are looking for Sr. Business Analysts with significant FINANCE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE ; preferably within Hi-tech vertical.
Skills / Requirements
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 5 + years of Finance functional experience and Business Analyst experience including Requirements elicitation, validations, process design, user testing etc.
• Knowledge of intercompany accounting and financial consolidation processes
• Knowledge of general accounting functions and fiscal month/year reporting processes
• Experience in Oracle Hyperion HFM desired
• Process Mapping / project Management / Six Sigma qualifications desired
• Understanding of Hi-tech services / service contract functions will be a plus
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and written/oral communications skills.
• Able to facilitate multi-functional teams and drive to consensus.
