Associate Brand Manager – Job Posting


Job Description:

Logitech UE, a global premium music brand, is currently seeking a full-time
Associate Brand Manager. We're looking for a consumer-oriented individual who
is very interested in music, current trends and marketing. This Associate Brand
Manager position will play a leading role in a) developing and commercializing a
robust portfolio of new products and b) managing the global integration and
execution of product and brand marketing plans. This position reports to the
Brand Manager(s). A contract position with the possibility of long term
employment for right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Project lead for the execution of marketing projects from creative briefing,
definition of the creative idea, execution of strategic media (packaging
graphics, above the line media and more) as well as giving executional
guidelines for activation in the regions.
• Assist in the development and of the brand strategy, marketing plans and
schedules for specific product launches and activity - to include all messaging,
packaging, advertising, marketing, sales materials, PR and promotional campaigns
targeted at retailers and consumers.
• Manage the relationship and review of materials between creative resources and
internal stake holders
• Continuous market research and analysis, including close monitoring of
competitive activities, and propose correlative actions or business building
opportunities.
• Feed local consumer and shopper insight into regional / global innovation and
communication projects.
• Drive rigorous measurement and learning discipline to define campaign goals
before, gather KPI data during, and provide results and learnings after each
initiative.
• Champion programs and build successful trustworthy partnerships with global
marketing operations, regional marketing leads, upper management and strategic
marketing, development teams.
• Ensure effective information flow between GMO, the region, product managers
and the countries.
• Work with regional marketing and sales teams to evaluate channel specific
needs, business opportunities and sales materials
• Brand custodian (ensure programs are on strategy and within guidelines)
• Budget management

Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience, with 2-3 years of background
preferably in brand management or consumer marketing
• BA/BS required; MBA preferred
• Some kind music experience in their background of any form.
• Exceptional communications, presentation, interpersonal and team oriented
skills. Fluency in other languages a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to juggle different responsibilities
• High degree of ownership and initiative
• The candidate will be measured on Brand Metrics (Awareness, Perception,
Consideration), Purchase metrics (ROI, Market share, Loyalty), Organizational
Effectiveness & Values.
• Grassroots marketing would be a plus
