Job Description:
Technical Support Analyst: 2nd tier support of new software , new patches, UAT .
Client support, implementation, log new incidents, resolution, escalate priority one issues, Unix, maintenance & admin work.
knowledge of Oracle or Sybase or MS SQL, Basic SQL queries, WebLogic, Borland, Apache or JBoss.
Software development exp, technical support, business analysis, call centre, help desk, project management team, client on-site, or other customer-facing roles. Knowledge of the domain (high-speed data, VoIP), particularly with the cable industry.

2- Java Software Developer :design, develop, test, document for components of the Solutions.
Functional definition, Design and modeling, Code implementation, Verification and support
Experience in both software development and telecommunication.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 2 years experience in dev, config, deployment, integration of software applications
must be strong in Java skills, XML, JSP, Servlets, SQL, SOAP, JavaScript, JSON, CSS and HTML development
Should have hands-on, Java and J2EE application server knowledge (Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat). Weblogic is preferred.
Experience of working in an Oracle/Unix or Linux environment.
Periodic travel of up to 10% , OSS provisioning, OSS Domain, IP Networking experience, Telecom knowledge
