[KITlist] CONTR: Marketing Writer (SF Bay Area, CA)

As part of Crimson's Product Marketing Services, Consultant needed to manage marketing content for an next-generation level security company. This role will work directly for the Director of Marketing Communications and will focus on developing, proofing and editing marketing materials, collateral and support project management activities. Consultant will be part of the corporate marketing team and will work closely with our clients' regional marketing teams.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•Drive the global creation of content, including collateral, product collateral, white papers, videos, and website copy
•Manage the translation/localization of some pieces for use in non-English speaking countries
•Manage marketing communication projects focused on vendors management and implementing brand guidelines on landing pages, emails, etc.

MUST HAVE:
•5+ years of experience in a marketing writer role working for an enterprise level company
•Experience with content creation, datasheets, brochures, and whitepapers
•Excellent communication skills including superior knowledge of proper grammar
•Keen attention to detail and ability to accurately proof content
•Strong computer skills, specifically with graphics applications

STRONGLY PREFER:
•Experience working in B2B IT security industry
•Experience developing technical content geared toward the security industry
•Project management experience and proven ability managing multiple projects and meeting project deadlines

Location: South Bay, (on-site)
Duration: 3-5 months, (part-time -20-30 hours per week)
